Well that's what you get for purchasing the world's worst AVP - had you done
a modicum of research you'd have known that NAV breaks everything to do with
Office. Now here's what you do: -

1) Uninstall NAV
2) Smash the disc into millions of tiny pieces (so you're not tempted to
reinstall it)
3) Install a proper AVP (like AVG - this doesn't feel the need to take
control of your system for some reason)


There! Problem solved! Bet you feel a right moron for making such an
expensive mistake (especially when you could have had far better for £40
less - that's right, free!)
