My toolbar in Word - how do I get it back?

Somehow my toolbar in WORD has disappeared from my screen and I can't figure
out how to bring it back. Can anyone help? Does anyone know what "key"
sequence to hit?

If you still have the menus at the top of the screen, go to View | Toolbars |
Standard.
Then repeat for Formatting.

If you do not have the Menus:
Press Alt+F11
then press Ctrl+G
This will open up a small window pane at the bottom of the screen.
Type this into that pane and press Enter:
commandbars("Standard").Visible=true
Then, replace Standard with Formatting and press enter again.
