my webpage will not offer rightclick COPY or SAVE when in MSIE

In MSIE go to Yahoo.com or ABC.com or where ever.
when you rightclick on an object the context menu includes COPY or
SAVE Picture AS... or SAVE AS..... depending on what you click,
however when you go to my website, developed entirely in Publisher2003
and rightclick an object, the context menu does not include COPY or
SAVE AS.... I want people to be able to copy stuff.

However, if I use Firefox or Opera and open my website,
and rightclick on an object, I DO get COPY IMAGE and SAVE AS.....

I tried another machine and got the same results, so I ruled out the
settings in my own browsers on my machine.

So, do you have any idea whether the problem is with my host, or with the
code or settings on my website? Or is this an unsolvable situation inherent
to MSIE and Publisher-developed websites? Any suggestions on what to try to
get objects to be copyable?

Sorry, that is one of the results of using VML in Publisher 2003. The right
click option is turned off in IE. You might link your pictures in your Pub
file to full size images that you upload separately to a images folder,
where you would be able to right click the images.
