"Mysterious" Date Fields

I have a well configured Project file. When I send this file to others
(either by email or using shared drive), they see all date fields set to the
project start date.
All users have exactly the same Project version.
Any idea what can be the reason and how to solve it?

Hi,

They all might have calculation off.
Check Tools, Options, Calculation.
