name tag problems

I would like to print a sheet of name tags with unique names on each tag. I
can only figure out how to print a sheet of tags with the same name on all.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

If you are using mail merge and viewing print preview it will show one name on
all the tags, this is a bug.

Thank you Mary for your response. I have now successfully merged with an
excel list of names and all looks fine. However, when I try to print, I get
an error message saying that the 'publisher cannot merge with this many
pages' and that I must delete pages to print. What does this mean? I have
47 names, which translate to 6 pages. I've tried just printing 8 names (one
sheet) but still get the same message. My event is on Friday so any help
would be much appreciated!

When you merge you should have one tag on your screen. If you have inserted
pages the merge won't work and you will get your error. Publisher will sort out
how many pages you need.
