Need to Copy a list of names from CC:

How do you get a list of names out of CC: into a contact list without copying each one individually? Example: A friend of mine sent me an e-mail and it had all our friends listed in CC: and I want to copy that list into contacts without clicking on each one individually and saying add to Contact list.
