Need to fix position of file in visio viewer

We have used a visio viewer to display an balanced score card. The file is
being displayed correctly in the visio viewer. The only problem now is that
the image displayed in the control is movable i.e. when you click and drag
the image displayed in the active x control, it moves in the confines of the
control. This is not acceptable. Is there a way by which this can be avoided?
Some way by which we can fix the position of the file in the visio viewer.

Hi Khyati,

There are many ways:

1. Put the image on a background page. The user is less likely to get at
it there.
2. Put the image on a Layer, and lock the layer.
3. Lock the image's position, and perhaps it's selection (Format >
Protection)

Thanks Chris. I tried the 3rd solution you have mentioned, but it does not
solve things. I selected the entire drawing using Ctrl + A before
Format>Protection but it does not seem to have an effect on visio viewer. All
I want that no kind of scrolling should have an effect on the image/file in
visio viewer- it should remain fixed. And yes, i cant do without the visio
viewer since the colors of the shapes can change at runtime depending upon
the KPI values in the balanced score card. Please help !
