Sorry for previous mail format went
Can you help me i getting lost here

i have two tables
table one has three fields
date
area
information
table two has five fields
date
area
information
problems
AOB

the information in table one can be entered by up to 5 different people(from
different areas.

the information in table two is entered via an input form

what i want to be able to do is have the information field from table one
display in the input form b(last entry for that area) then be saved in table
two with the other data.
