This is not an Outlook question really, since Outlook uses Outlook Express
in a "news only" mode as its default newsreader. But if you go into Tools |
Options | Read (in Outlook Express), and clear the checkbox for "Get X
headers at a time", you should be able to get all new headers whenever you
click the button (and when you switch to a newsgroup).
