"Next Record" shows instead of address

When I try to mail merge from contacts, all that shows up
in each label box is "Next Record", not mailing
addresses. Whats' the trick to getting it right?

Hi Barb,

It sounds like you have failed to propogate the label set up from the first
label to the others on the sheet. If you display the mailmerge toolbar
(View>toolbars), you will find a button on it that will do the propogation
for you.
