No Network Drives

I am using Outlook 2003. When I go to file>new>choose
Form>Outlook templates>Browse> I can not see any Mapped
Network Drives. Is there a way to fix this? I can see
my mapped drives everywhere but when I try to choose my
custome templates on a network drive
