"@NONE" Appears in Header

When sending EMail to one of our clients using Outlook on Exchange, they
often open the EMail message that we send and see some of the resolved names
show up in the "TO" field as "@NONE." They insist that the problem is not on
their end.

I cannot find anything wrong with our Exchange Server (win 2003, Ex 2003)
that would create the "@NONE."

Any idea what can cause this and what I can tell this person?

(I believe the person is using either Outlook Express or Outlook for POP3
access to their EMail.)

Easiest way to prove it is not on your end is to look at the SMTP conversation
of your Exchange server has when it sends the message and look at the header
of the message and look at what is in the To field. I'd wager it's a plug
in on their end, but at least you could prove it isn't your end.
