not enter actual work in completed task

I'm using Project Web Access & Project professional 2007.
Is there any method for not allow to enter actual work in completed task
from resource timesheet.
Please help me.

Please re-post your question to the project server newsgroup. This
newsgroup is focused on using Project without Project Server. The
Project Server newsgroup is focused on Project Server and PWA and it's
