Not receiving emails from specific email account

Hi,

Could you please help? I have stopped to received emails from one of the
contacts. (I am sure she is still writing to me).

Will be glad for your advice.

Yes, ISP is using span filters. How do I check the setting?

Yes, I talk to her and she sent 3 test emails to me.

You check the setting based upon the instructions they post on their web
site, or contact them.
