Notes Pages head margin

How can I get every notes page to begin exactly 1 inch from top of page?

Keetch,
The best way to do this would be to adjust your notes master to be exactly
what you want, then create your notes pages. To get to your notes master, do
View--> Master--> Notes Master. (If you have already created your notes
pages, you can still adjust the master, but you will then need to go
re-apply the notes master to each page.)
