Office 2000 always needs reinstalled for a user!

I have one user that when they change machines on the
network always has to have office reinstalled. This is
driving me crazy. I know it's a setting in there profile
reg key not sticking or something. I have reinstalled 30
times for this person with no relief. Please anyone.
