Office 2003 Help Files

Are there client-based Help Files available for Office 2003? Our users will not like going to Office Online for most help issues. Most are non-technical users who would have trouble navigating the site.

The Office Online links are there to provide up to date help information for Office System 2003
If you have noticed on searching help, there is an option "Was this information helpful" yes or no, this one way that these help files are updated, another are the newsgroups
You can turn online feature off by selecting online content settings/deselect online options there
I use this feature to help train savy or not. Have not checked what files are actually included locally in help per application
