I have Office 2003 Pro. It is my understanding that 2003 Pro is supposed to
have the "Business Contact Manager" for Outlook with it. However I do not
have the "Business Contact Manager." What's up? How do I get it and what do
I need to do if the Installation CD didn't come with it?

Thanks for the tip. However, after looking for the disabled items, none were
listed.

Hi Newbie,

There is a separate setup installation for the
Outlook Business Contact Manager (OBCM)

Also note that OBCM does not work if you're
using MS Exchange Server, unless Exchange is
running on MS Windows Small Business Server 2003

For questions on OCBM you may also want to post
in the newsgroup for that product (link below).
