Office 2003 question

All at once, when I open any of my 2003 programs, a popup screen comes up
with the heading, USER NAME and "Please Enter Your Full Name and Initials
bellow:". Can't figure why it is coming up all at once and would like to
get rid of it.

When the screen came up, it was already filled in with my name and an
initial. I looked under TOOLS/OPTIONS/USER INFO, this was entered there way
back when I installed the programs about 2 years ago and the screen never
came up until now. Since, I tried deleting the USERINFO and that didn't
work, so when I deleted it again, I merely hit the space bar and inserted a
blank space and now the screen has stopped coming up.
