I was working with SP Designer and after a couple of error messages, MS
suggested that I update my software. The Office 2007 SP1 was part of that
update stream. The next day, I tried to double-click an .xls file that
someone had sent me via email and received an error message that the system
couldn't find the file.
Now Excel doesn't respond when I attempt to open a file with a double
mouse-click. Excel opens but the file isn't displayed. Word does not behave
this way after the update. Any thoughts?
