We've had our second office connecting to our 2000 server
to process and save their word documents. All of a
sudden these users are unable to access any of the office
products when connected with Remote Desktop to our
server. If they try to open word the following message
appears:
Program not found:
Windows cannot find winword.exe
This program is needed for opening files of
type 'application'
It offers to let me browse for the file but our users do
not have access to the drive c of the server.
