Office Help Function

Hello

I'm having a small problem and was hoping someone here could help me resolve the issue. And my apologies if this has been addressed already..

I'm using the combination of Office 2000 and Windows XP (though this problem existed also existed in Windows 98 after a critical update..I think). When checking through the 'Microsoft Help' function of Word or Excel or Access or whatever, I'm unable to click on a word to get the little pop-up definition. The link will change colour but nothing happens. Any ideas? If it ultimately is a security issue, I guess I'll have to live without it but it'd be nice to have if possible. Thanks in advance

Do you have an internet pop-up blocker installed and running? The help systems are compiled html and a pop-up blocker can cause this problem.

As far as I know, I don't. Only NAV and I'm using the Google toolbar pop-up blocker....which I only recently discovered so I know the problem existed before that. Maybe something in IE advanced settings or could it have something to do with zone properties
