I have a person that receives .rtf files through his outlook. He can open
all but the files that are come in for comfirnation. He has office 2000 and
he can email it to me and I can open them just fine and I have office 2003.
I have asked the people that are sending the messages what they are doing
different and they say that nothing has changed. If we run a repair on his
office installation then he can open them just fine for a day or two and then
he can't. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
