Office Search Online not displayed

I search a topic and the first display of subjects/options is shown, but when
I click on the subject I need, an empty box is displayed. All of the boxes
are checked in the Service Options dialog box under Online Content Settings.
Would pop-up control have an effect on these not being displayed? Thanks!
