Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

When I had office 2003 there was an application included which saving my
settings. With Office 2007 I do not have that application - does anyone
know how I can save all my settings?

Also, I intend to format my hard drive and then reinstall Office 2007 - what
files do I need to copy other than my data files and the pst file.
