Office Shortcut Bar

I want my office shortcut bar back on my desk top. The whistles and bells in
2003 aren't enough to warrant not having the shortcut bar.

1) I see you're another idiot who can't be arsed to Google before posting.
2) Maybe you should have done some research before upgrading.
3) Anyone who whines about the lack of the OSB obviously lacks the mental
facilities to fully utilise the tools natively present in the operating
system to replicate the same function.
