Office Stopped Working

I am running Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP1 (Intel Core 2 Quad, Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
and 5 GB of ram with a Rating of 5.2 Index) and Microsoft OneCare and Office
Enterprise 2007.
EVERYDAY Outlook, Access, Word, etc. "stop working" (in other words Office
2007 does NOT work), this occurs widely, form every time to hours without a
problem.
Sometimes Access will display Send Info window and/or an error message.
"The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000002) occurred in the
application location 0x76ebf35f" or "...0x7539f35f" etc.
Sometimes, once one of the Office programs stops, they all stop - cold boot
sometimes helps.
I do not have these problems on my Vista Ultimate 32-bit SP1 computer.
Did a repair on Office, did not correct the problem.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Office, did not correct the problem.
What can be done about this problem?

Make sure your copy of Office 2007 Enterprise is "genuine".

Visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ValidateNow.aspx
and click on "Validate Office" and let us know the result.

You did the Validate Office as asked by Carey? Since there are many pirated
versions of Enterprise being sold Microsoft is shutting them down as fast as
they can. This is done when the software is updated.

The way I read your response (and I may very well be incorrectly reading
between the lines) is that it is valid because it was installed in December
and did work but started to have the problem in Feb. That doesn't tell us
that you ran the check requested. Sorry if the check was run but I couldn’t
be sure the way I read your answer.

You purchased it under the Home Program from your Company,Educational Institution or
Government then see the following

For Office Enterprise issues see the following. Support on this version is only
available from MS or your IT Department and we cannot help you here with the Office
Enterprise version.

Sorry but we do not know if it is Pirated or not. You should have gotten these
instructions as above on your Home Program purchase from your Company

The support for Office 2007 Enterprise is free and look and open

Hi,

You might try this:

In Word, click the Office button.

On the bottom right of the menu there is a button for "Word Options" Click
that.

Select Resources on the left side list.

Then "run Microsoft Office diagnostics."

I've never used this before, but saw a posting on another forum with a
similar problem, same error code, this procedure was recommended. Hope it
works for you!

Now that we have determined that I am not a crook, what can be done about
this ongoing problem.
