Office Toolbar Reconfig

When I set up the toolbar, there was a check box that said
to open programs (Word, Excel, etc.) after waiting 5
seconds. I want to change that to open immediately. Does
anyone know how I can do this? I have looked at all the
Options buttons and customize features with no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
