Office Training

Not sure where best to ask this question...Is it legal for me to train people
to learn Office applications and get paid for it without having a MS
certification or having to pay royalties to MS? Would anything else be
required?

Of course it's legal. As long as you don't misrepresent yourself, then it's
up to your customers/clients to make their own choice...
