Good Afternoon,
We've got some PCs running Office 2003 on WinXP SP2. I've been having
problems from various machines running the Office Update from the microsoft
page. It finds the updates and when I hit the agree and install button,
there's a delay, nothing is downloaded and it tells me it was unsuccessful.
On one machine I have Office 2003 SP2 installed and I'm trying to get the
new Junk Filter for outlook but it doesn't download. On another machine,
I'm trying to download/install Office 2003 SP2 but it tries and then says
unsuccessful. I also went to the office page, and selected the Office 2003
SP2 link and tried to download it manually without using the Office Update
feature. When I click on the client file I get a page not found error. I
get the same thing when I click on the full install file also.
I don't have any problems running Windows Update, but for some reason Office
Update isn't working. Please advise.
