OL2002 closes

I'm running Outlook 2002 on Win2000.
I tried to use Outlook Help to figure out how to do
something but everything crashed and now when I re-open
Outlook it opens fine but if I try to do anything, it
closes again. I tried to change the view from contacts to
calendar and it closed. I tried to open a new email (File?
New>Mail message) and it closed.
However when I tried to click on Help > About to see what
version I was running that was fine.
Any ideas???
