On-line forms and immediate results

I am setting up a website in which I need a particular
type of function. I would like to create an on-line form
which asks for a person's name, e-mail, screen-name, and
so forth. After submitting that information, it will
immediately show up on another page, tabulated with
previous users who have done the same thing. Removals can
only be done by the webmaster.

Can someone take me through the steps I need...or link me
to the appropriate instruction site.

Thanks in advance...

Google: "guest book"+"frontpage" and variant search terms.

Studying the guest book as a model that captures data and
shows it on subsequent pages will help you learn what is going
to be involved. Be advised FrontPage alone will not allow you to
push buttons to achieve your entire goal as stated. You'll have to
learn how to code, beg the code from somebody, or hire somebody
to do the coding.

Sounds complicated. I will try to look at
those "guestbook" features that you mentioned. If you
find anything that can take me step by step, please let me
know.
