One contact name but contains many email address?

I want to make a single contact name but have multiple addresses under that
name. So say I type in 3M Industries when looking for a contact name. Then
once it's in the "To:" line and I click send it will send and email out to
say like 10 people under that name.

Can this be made or done in Outlook 2000? I know I could do this in Lotus
many years ago...I would hate to think MS can't do this.

Thanks,
Scott

My immediate thought would be group the contacts into distribution lists.
Once the contact has been created, you could include the contact into a
Distribution list, say called 3M Industries, and when this list is selected
in the To: line each name within the list will receive a copy of the email.

Graeme
