One work resource: more than one function assigned to them - how to enter in Project 2000?

I have 10 projects with 3 phases: Ph1, Ph2, Ph3
I have a 10 people who will work on all projects and all phases. I have Project Managers, Overseers, Inspectors, and Project Support functions

The problem I have is that some of the Project Managers are also Overseers and/or Project Supporters on other Projects
Entering a function in the "Group" field does not work because the resources belong to the Project Management group, Overseers as well as Project Support Group

I want to figure out the following
1. How many of each of the functions do I need to complete all of the projects on time
2. How long will it take if I keep the existing resouces to complete all projects

Any suggestions

Thanks

Hello,
I think that the best way to do what you want is to create a customized
field such as Text1 that you'll rename "Function" for ex. You can also
create a Value list with all your functions in this customized field.
Then you create a Group by on this "Function" field.

Hope this help,
