Why do the arrows not show up when pasting a clipping (with arrows) into an
email? I have tried the Ctrl +A with no success. The only thing that pastes
is the original clipping minus what I have added on.

Hi Cat,

I'm not familiar with OneNote. But I can imagine that the arrows are not
part of the selection you get when you select all. Might be caused by what
you select, and the arrows being in two different plains.

Two options:
- Email the OneNote document;
- Make a screencapture of the anotaded document (Alt-Prt Scr), paste to
Paint, save as image (for instance png, as a bitmap makes a big file), and
attach the image to the email;

Hope this helps.

OK so this app is not like Snagit where you can copy an image with arrows and
paste that right to an email or to a word doc? This does not work when
trying to paste to a word doc either. It comes out as two seperate images.
One is the clipping and one is the arrow. I am not the only one who is
having this problem. We are trying to move people from snagit to OneNote
however giving them too many steps to accomplish one simple task most likely
won't convince them.

SnagIt and OneNote are two entirely different programs with different features and
different intentions entirely. SnagIt is a screen capture app. OneNote is not.
