Onenote should allow me to have more than one notebook (my notebook) AND I
should be allowed to name each one.

AFAIK Onenote doesn't stop you from buying or otherwise procuring
another notebook (computer, paper, or other), and you can name them
absolutely anything you like.

It's a powerful product, but not that powerful to prevent what you
apparently don't want prevented.
