Online Club shop

I want to have a online club that you have to sign up for. But I really want
a shop for it where the users can have shops and bye from each other. Does
anybody know what I'm talking about? For axample, Neopets.com has them. I
need to get it from Microstoft.com, or FP.

You will need to search for a shopping cart or build a custom DB solution

You can evaluate the Club Site Starter Kit [1] noting what you want to
develop requires software that can manage sophisticated business
relationships. AFIK after several years in e-commerce this type of
functionality is not to be found off the shelf or even supported by any
shopping cart solutions without significant customizations.
