Opeining existing 2002PPT files in 2003

How can I fix this: when I open up certain supplied files from 2002 into 2003
the slide information is lost completely in some of them particularly graphs
and tables. If you reopen the file in 2002 all is there though.

Have you applied Service Pack 1 to Office 2003? It should correct the problem.
In PowerPoint 2003 go to Help > Check for Updates and follow the links for
updates.
