The following problem occurs on just one workstation. All other workstations
have the same version of Office 2003 and do not have this problem...
When opening .wpd files in Word 2003, all of the text is replaced with
symbols (mostly box-like shapes). It should be noted that the 'Style'
setting in Word changes to Normal + shruti... and the 'Style' drop down menu
has many different styles and many of them are the 'weird' symbols too. I
can select the 'Clear Formatting' and everythign appears properly but my
question is, why do these files appear this way on just one workstation?
I renamed the normal.dot to see if that would solve the issue, obviously, it
did not.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dave
