Opening another version

I have Microsoft Ofiice 2000 Professional Version of
Publisher. I friend sent a Publisher document to me and
when I try to open it the error message is ..... You can
not open this version. Any ideas on how to view this
document.

Hi Bob,

If you are running Microsoft Publisher 2000, you can only
open Microsoft Publisher 2000, 98, 97, 95 and 2.0 files.
If the user sent you the file in Publisher 2002/2003 file
format, you will be unable to open the file. You need the
user to resend the file after they save the file as a
Publisher 2000 file format. They can do this directly in
Publisher 2002/2003.

Also, make sure yourself or the sender is not using
Norton AV before the file is sent/opened.
