I have 2 users here who are having the same problem. When they receive an
email with another email as an attachment and tryo to open the attached
email, they get the following message."the messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If problem persists, restart Outlook". We have restarted
Outlook several times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook yet, the
problem continues to happen. If I forward the email in question to my own
email address on the same network, using the same version of Outlook ,I can
open the attachments with no problem.

Any suggestions?
