opening worksheet problem for one user

I have a user that when he opens some excel files in one particular folder,
they are all formatted wrong. If I open the same folder, it looks fine. He
is able to open other Excel files in different folders just fine. It seems
to only be the files in one particular folder. Thanks for any help you can
give.

Is it the formatting changed or the fonts? ...maybe he
doesn't have the correct font installed on his machine.

any specific fonts in these files or a sepcial templated used for these
files?. Als what does happen if you copy the files to a different
folder

nothing had changed, he used to be able to view these files just fine. The
last time he tried was a few weeks ago.
