Order of Files in Personal Folder box

I have just switched from OE to Outlook, so I getting to grips with the
differences.

Is there a way to display the various folders in a non alphabetic form ??

That is, to put the ones used the most at the top of the list.

You can prefix them with numbers but you cannot alter the default folder
names.
