Outlook 2000 problems over VPN

Hi

Looking for guidance, udeas and good luck charms.

Client in MN has Exchange 2K server. Office in WI has
three people hooked up via router to DSL.

In WI Person A has a laptop, Persons B and C have a
desktop. All three use Outlook 2K SR1.

They use PPTP/VPN to connect to server in MPLS then run
Outlook.

If person A (laptop) is alone then she is fine. If Person
A(laptop) is gone and persons B and C are working their
Outlook works fine.

If all three try to use Outlook then Outlook does not
work.
