Outlook 2000 reboots system

I am running Windows ME and as of yesterday 8/21/2003 when I launch OUTLOOK
and try to send and receive email it automatically reboots me system, the
same thing happens if I try to use OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I checked my computer
for virus's yesterday and I don't have any.
Can anybody give me an idea what I should do to fix it?
