At my previous company using Outlook, I had the option
when choosing Insert, File command to insert file as
shortcut by using the drop-down insert as option. I am
using Outlook 2000 SP-3 now, and don't have the same
option to insert as. Is this a feature of Outlook that I
can add/setup or is it a feature of the email server
software? The only way I have found around this is to use
Word as my email editor, but that's not an option I want
to leave on.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
