Outlook 2002-can't open pst

Cannot open outlook 2002 archived =.pst files.They
exist,but Outlook won't display any information when
opened from "file/open/personal folders". There is only a
blank screen. Help?

Try running the Inbox Repair Tool against each of your .PST files to see if
it finds any errors. Search your drive for a file called scanpst.exe and
run it.

Thanks,but scanpst checked the file and found no errors.
The file is where is should be, but Outlook won't open
it.????

First, make sure you're following the procedure in
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/readarchive.htm to open the archived .pst
files. You'll need to have your Folder List visible to see the tree
structure of the Archive file. If you've done all that and there's still no
data in the Archive folders, and you're sure the data was sent there in the
first place (check the main set of Personal Folders and make sure the data
isn't there either), then you might want to check
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm for some other possible
methods for dealing with corrupted .pst files.
