Outlook 2002 "Categories"

I set up a category called "Coordination" and moved all
related information to this category. Now none of
the "Coordination" items show up on my Outlook Calendar
unless I go to My Shortcuts and click on the Coordination
icon. On top of this, when I Hot Sync to my Palm, none
of the appointments, etc. show up on the Palm calendar.
Any input is appreciated.

What do you mean when you say you "moved" all information to that category? What does the Coordination shortcut point to?
