Outlook 2002 crashes when trying to view certain email

Every so often someone sends me an email that when i try
to view it it causes Outlook to crash. I have Office 2002
with SP-2.

After crashing Outlook re-opens with the preview pane
closed... so that i can select the email without viewing
it.. and therefore delete it.

I can't seem to find anything in KBase about this. anyone
else having this problem? Or know the cure?
