Outlook 2002 Duplicate Pop emails/accounts

Two Pop email accounts in Outlook 2002. Each time a
message comes in, there are two copies. I know someone
suggested a work-around previously, but I had to reinstall
my email accounts in Outlook and I'm back to the same
problem as before.
Help!
